Based on user app usage and additional questionnaires.

Rule-based and machine-learned analysis of the recorded user behaviors like app/phone usage, movements, evaluations, and journaling, to find patterns/trends. recommend behavior change and ways to use the features included in the app

In the form of texting or talking, users will chat with a chatbot-style AI "therapist" to perform evidence-based interventions, powered by LLMs and preset rules.
